This project was a joint effort by two councils. The councils went together and purchased books on shells and a
book about tree species for the school to use as reference books for students who visit the Nature
Center. The Pioneers purchase 60 reference book at a cost of $640.
All elementary school in Baldwin County can use the Science and Nature Center. They plan field trips during the
school year to visit the center. This project touches all students of Baldwin County not just this one school.
